We are family members, friends & educators of adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities who formed a Kansas Non-Profit Corporation 501c3. We have experienced first-hand the challenges of assisting adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in acquiring and maintaining successful employment opportunities and healthy, enjoyable lifestyles.

This year's ACA Charity Golf Event benefits Heartstrings Community Foundation. 

Jan brings the Moonlight Bike Ride to life each year.  Saturday, July 19, 2025 starting at 10pm in Old Town Lenexa, the community welcomes bike enthusiasts to participate in this years Moonlight Bike Ride. Jan Soper, along with other members of the Optimist Club of Lenexa fundraise and gather volunteers for many projects, the Moonlight Bike Ride being one of them.

Moonlight Bike Ride: Enjoy an 11-mile, closed-course, nighttime bike ride from Old Town Lenexa through the Meritex cave has occurred for 31 years now and will be back again in years to come.

R&R Home, recently hosted their first R&R O'Clock benefiting Johnson County Christmas Bureau. All sales received go toward the companies annual gift to the 501c3 nonprofit, JCCB.  During the event community professionals and neighbors donated toys, coats and other items to the winter 9-Day Holiday Shop that gives hope to neighbors in need. After 6pm a small gathering enjoyed a perfect evening of music, drinks, pizza and great conversations. The R&R O'Clock Stop 'n Shop raised $1,000 from friends, family and neighbors who shopped the event and will welcome personal shopping appointments during the month of June.
