KC KANSAS ANGELS Golf Tournament
Join us as we host our 4th Annual KC Kansas Angels Golf Classic on Tuesday, July 14th.
This year’s Champions for Kids Golf Classic will take place at Shawnee Golf & Country Club, featuring a shotgun start at 9 am.
Expect a day filled with fun activities before, during, and after the event. Don’t forget to explore the various sponsorship opportunities available, which include a golf foursome at each level!
All proceeds from this event will directly benefit our programs, providing consistent support, mentorship, and meaningful connections to those who need it most.

KC Kansas Angels are building communities of people that are changing the way children, youth, and families experience foster care. Passionate donors, volunteers, mentors, partners, and advocates are all ripples in the sea of change for our foster care community.The KC Kansas Angels mission is to walk alongside children, youth, and families in the foster care community by offering consistent support through intentional giving, relationship building, and mentorship.

needs your support!
Lenexa Optimist Club is excited to once
again collaborate with the
Lenexa Parks and Recreation Department
to organize the volunteers for the
Annual Lenexa Moonlight Bike Ride!
Each year our neighbors, businesses
and its community help
support an 11-mile, closed-course,
nighttime bike ride from
Old Town Lenexa through the Meritex caves.
We are in search of a few more
volunteers on Saturday, July 18th .
