As the Executive Director she fulfills the vision and mission to provide warmth & support to the low-income and poverty of Johnson County, Kansas. It is her desire to share her gifts and talents to make a positive impact on children and families.

As the Executive Director she fulfills the vision and mission to provide warmth & support to the low-income and poverty of Johnson County, Kansas. It is her desire to share her gifts and talents to make a positive impact on children and families.
Along with being the Executive Director, Nina is an Author, Speaker, and an Outreach & Event Consultant. She grew up in the Kansas City area and went to Wichita State University, where she earned a BA in Communications/ Radio-TV-Film/ Journalism. Being a member allows her to support multiple not for profit organizations, however, one of the nonprofits sits closer to her heart. She currently serves as the Board President of Johnson County Christmas Bureau( www.JCCB.org ) and helps bring awareness to food insecurities and fundraises for the 501c3 all year long. JCCB provides a warm holiday for many neighbors who may have financial challenges. Her and her husband, Ray, have supported JCCB to use their family's blessing to creates a huge impact all while giving neighbors an outlet to help other neighbors in need.
JCCB is currently in search of a 50,000 Sq Ft building to host the upcoming 9-day Holiday Shop supporting the low-income and poverty in JoCo, KS. If you can help contact the Newcomers.

The WGSGKC is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the construction, preservation, and appreciation of water gardens throughout the Kansas City metro area; that promotes the interest and enjoyment of water gardens and their environment; and its goal is educational by sharing information with our members and the general public while encouraging and supporting other organizations with similar aims.
