Nina Kimbrough leads a 66 year old 501c3 named Johnson County Christmas Bureau. As the Executive Director she fulfills the vision and mission to provide warmth & support to the low-income and poverty of Johnson County, Kansas. It is her desire to share her gifts and talents to make a positive impact on children and families.

Along with being the Executive Director, Nina is an Author,  Speaker, and an Outreach & Event Consultant. She grew up in the Kansas City area and went to Wichita State University, where she earned a BA in Communications/ Radio-TV-Film/ Journalism. Joni & Tom are an amazing couple that continuously supports a community in need. A fully qualified 501c3 non-profit founded 2014, in Olathe Kansas. They connect Lives, Resources and Acts of Kindness. They don’t focus on one type of person or problem, SP focus' on the true needs of our community and encourage others to do the same thing.

Moonlight Bike Ride: Enjoy an 11-mile, closed-course, nighttime bike ride from Old Town Lenexa through the Meritex caves. 

 Roseann Newcomer has been a member of Johnson County Young Matrons ( www.jcym.net ) since 2024. Being a member allows her to support multiple not for profit organizations, however, one of the nonprofits sits closer to her heart. She currently serves as the Board President of Johnson County Christmas Bureau( www.JCCB.org ) and helps bring awareness to food insecurities and fundraises for the 501c3 all year long. JCCB provides a warm holiday for many neighbors who may have financial challenges. Her and her husband, Ray, have supported JCCB to use their family's blessing to creates a huge impact all while giving neighbors an outlet to help other neighbors in need.

Lesley is no stranger to the world of restaurant and hospitality. She has been in the industry for 30 years. Currently she serves has the Executive Director for Johnny Boy Foundation. 

Johnny Boy Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit foundation with a mission to enhance the emotional, social and spirited health of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), through a program that offers educational and vocational job training for the hospitality industry.

Stephanie Fillmore is a person in long term recovery. She lived at Serenity Hills Oxford House in Overland Park, Kansas, where she served in all house positions. She was elected to the Oxford House World Council in Washington, D.C. In 2017, Stephanie joined the board of directors of Friends of Recovery Association (FORA), serving as treasurer. She served as interim Executive Director before being offered the full-time position in October 2023.

Shafawn Morrison is the founder of True Dignity Living, a community-based residential provider serving individuals in shared living environments across Kansas.  As a mental health nurse, she is passionate about creating safe, supportive homes that promote dignity, independence, and stability. Her mission is to strengthen community care systems and ensure every individual has the opportunity to live with respect and purpose.
